At Sarah J Collection, we value our customers and want you to love every purchase you make. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Returns
Items may be returned within 3 days of the delivery date for a store credit or exchange only. To be eligible for a return, items must:
 • Be unused and unworn
 • Have original tags attached
 • Be in the original packaging
 • Be free of stains, odors, or damage
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
 • Sale or clearance items
 • Accessories (jewelry, hats, etc.)
 • Bodysuits, undergarments, or intimate items
 • Custom or special-order items

Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, instructions will be provided on how to send the item back.

Return Shipping  
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Sarah J Collection is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive notification of approval. Approved returns will be issued as:
 • Store credit, or
 • Exchange for another item
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after the return is received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.
